Marvel Studios: Assembling a Universe is a 2014 television documentary of Marvel Studios' beginnings as an independent studio and the development of producing standalone films, which could all exist in a shared fictional universe. It covers the first six films released, as well as inspiring the extension of that in short films and the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. TV series. It also gave sneak peeks of Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Guardians of the Galaxy, and Ant-Man.
