Donnie Gill is a fictional character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. He is played by Dylan Minnette.
Gill was a former student of the S.H.I.E.L.D. Academy of Science and Technology, but was expelled after creating a weather machine which killed fellow student Seth Dormer. He was then sent to the Sandbox to be monitored, having gained the ability to generate ice from the same accident which killed Dormer. But following the Hydra uprising, he was captured and brainwashed into serving them. Gill was able to escape to Morocco, where he was tracked down by Hydra and became subservient again. Making an escape from S.H.I.E.L.D. with Hydra, Gill was shot by Agent Skye, which caused him to plummet to the ocean as seemingly froze to death.
