Amy Pascal

Amy Pascal (March 25, 1958) is an American producer for the Spider-Man series, through her company, Pascal Pictures. She was previously chairwoman of Sony Pictures from 2006-2015, and continued to work for them, as her company had a funding and distribution deal with them. According to Marvel Studios president, Kevin Feige, Pascal was instrumental in getting getting his company to produce a Spider-Man film set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). She is also producer of several other Columbia Pictures films that Pascal considers to be set within the MCU, yet have no involvement from Marvel Studios, such as Venom, and the announced projects Silver & Black and an unnamed film about Silk, as well as the entirely unrelated animated film Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.
