ABC Studios is the television production unit of ABC Entertainment Group, part of Disney-ABC Television Group. It was formed in 1984 as Touchstone Television, becoming its current name on May 21, 2007. It also formed ABC Signature Studios in 2012 to sell to other networks.
It produces Marvel Cinematic Universe shows to be aired on either network, cable, and online streaming outlets.
